Show your shoes some more sole. We’ve added extra height and edge to our classic 1461 shoe with our Bex platform sole — marked by exaggerated cleats and a deeper tread pattern. Crafted from Smooth leather that you can wear polished or scuffed. The sole is finished with our grooving pattern and signature yellow welt stitching.

MATERIAL
Smooth - durable and famously stiff to start, this leather can be polished to a dapper shine or artfully scuffed-up depending on your preference.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Wipe away dirt using a damp cloth. Apply a neutral or correct colored wax based shoe polish. Buff with a Dr. Martens Shoe Brush to restore shine as desired.

Goodyear Welted - the upper and sole are heat-sealed and sewn together, providing more comfort and durability for years to come.
