Refund policy

Return Policy for IN-STORE PURCHASES:
•   ALL Jewelry, Eyewear, Headwear, or items purchased at a discount are FINAL SALE and not eligible for a return or exchange.

•   Merchandise must be returned within 14 days with original receipt. Items are eligible for an exchange or store credit ONLY.

•   Merchandise must NOT be worn, altered, or washed. 

•   Merchandise must have all hangtags and price tags attached and be returned in or with its original packaging* if applicable. (Certain items are sold to the customer with an original watch box, shoe box with stuffing, etc.)

•   Merchandise returned without the original tag, or a damaged tag may not qualify for a refund or exchange and will be assessed by the management.

•   Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition and unworn.

Return Policy for ONLINE DOMESTIC PURCHASES: 

Merchandise must be returned within 14 days of the package delivery date WITH original receipt. Items are eligible for a an exchange or store credit ONLY.

New and unworn/unused items purchased online domestically are eligible for an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are subject to availability. FORTS cannot take responsibility if the item desired is out of stock. The FORTS team must be notified within 7 days of the delivery in order to receive a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number and all original tags must be attached. All shipping costs are paid for by the customer, unless the item has been damaged before or during delivery or there has been some other mistake by our account. We cannot and will not take responsibility for items returned to us without us being notified first and/or items that are returned with a shipping alternative where you can not track the package.

 Please Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Packages that arrive COD may be denied, or the COD amount may be deducted from your return.

•   FINAL SALE ITEMS MAY NOT BE RETURNED NOR EXCHANGED.

•   FORTS reserves the right to refuse transactions, assess fees, and/or close accounts based on ordering or returns behavior.

ONLINE INTERNATIONAL Policy:
All International orders are final sale and not eligible for a return or exchange.

All pre-ordered / exclusive launch items are final sale. Any product purchased under sale pricing or during an in-store event featuring a discount is also considered final sale and not eligible for refunds or exchange
