THE STORY
During a year of uncertainty and distress, a lifelong dream came to life with the hope of creating something unconventional and welcoming. A new brand was launched in Nashville that would aspire to not only be the foremost retail experience in the city, but change the way we thought about the intersection of fashion and hospitality.
FORTS is the store that Jacob Henley always wanted to shop, but just didn't exist. Quality clothing, shoes, and accessories that are meticulously curated to serve you well and make you feel good everyday in life.

“Opening the doors of FORTS this week was a strange experience. On one hand, it was surreal and tremendously encouraging. Something that has been in my heart for so long could finally be shared and experienced. Finally sharing FORTS was bittersweet. However, the response was exactly what I envisioned. Laughs, smiles, and hugs were plentiful. People of all races and backgrounds felt welcomed valued and loved. The aesthetic beauty of the space and the products did their job. Jacob Henley is the owner and creator of FORTS in Nashville, Tn.
Graduating with a Masters in Music Business and Entertainment from the University of Miami, his path the Nashville led him into a career in music publishing, artist management, creative direction, and ultimately styling and art directing.
